We invite you to try on your items in the comfort of your own home. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return if you are not satisfied with your purchases.

Refunds are processed as soon as possible after we receive your package at our fulfillment center.
Please note that once your refund has been processed , it may take up to 3-5 business days for it to appear on your bank statement.
Cuirdimitri.ca offers a full refund credit or exchange on any regular priced merchandise sold exclusively on cuirdimitri.ca if returned in the same condition as sold, with original tags attached within 7 days of return.
Sale items are exchangeable or store credit/voucher gift only (if inventory allows). Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds and/or exchanges for merchandise without original tags WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

We are proud to offer a 2 year warranty on all our products bought from us.. It covers linings, zippers, buttons & fur. Should you find any manufacturing defects, we would be more than happy to rectify them for you.
