2 YEARS WARRANTY INFORMATION

This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

The warranty only applies to Dimitri Leather products purchased from our authorized retailers.

Cuir Dimitri cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused during the shipping and transportation of the customer's package to the warranty department.

Are excluded from the coverage of this warranty:

Damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, abuse or neglect on the part of the customer. The effects of time, normal wear and tear of the product.

Damage caused by anything other than defects in leather, material or workmanship.

Damage caused by the use of solvents or the natural degradation of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage to Dimitri leather products caused by products other than Dimitri Leather.

Fur is not covered under warranty except in the event a style is found to be defective.

However, you have the option of purchasing replacement fur samples from our service department.

You will need to contact Customer Service to benefit from this service. Repaired items will be subject to the availability of spare parts (eg zipper, buttons, etc.).

We will do our best to match colors and styles, but cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact same product back.

Repaired items will be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks after receiving the items.
