RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

We invite you to try on your items in the comfort of your own home. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return if you are not satisfied with your purchases.

You can either change the product or change the size.

The refund is non-applicable to items on the final sale but they are exchangeable. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping goods returned within 30 days after purchasing items.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed as soon as possible after we receive your package at our fulfillment center.

Please note that once your refund has been processed , it may take up to 3-5 business days for it to appear on your bank statement.

Cuirdimitri.ca offers a full refund credit or exchange on any regular priced merchandise sold exclusively on cuirdimitri.ca if returned in the same condition as sold, with original tags attached within 7 days of return.

Sale items are exchangeable or store credit/voucher gift only (if inventory allows). Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds and/or exchanges for merchandise without original tags WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

To return your merchandise, return your purchase to the address below within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping of returned goods with fees, duties, taxes, VAT, etc. applies).

DELIVERY TIME AND DELAY POLICY

We take great care in preparing and shipping each order. Our products are handcrafted, and shipping times may vary depending on availability, custom work and seasonal demand. The delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate. It is not a guaranteed arrival date.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will inform you by email with the revised delivery timeline. Delays may arise from customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation issues or high volume periods. These matters are outside our control and may extend delivery times.

By placing an order, the customer accepts that delivery estimates are approximate. A delay in delivery does not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order or a refund, unless the item has not been shipped within a reasonable period as defined by local consumer laws. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be refunded due to transit delays.

If the customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address that results in delay or return of the parcel, the cost of reshipping or restocking will be the responsibility of the customer.

All shipments are accompanied by tracking numbers. Proof of shipment and tracking activity serves as confirmation that the order was fulfilled. This proof may be used in any dispute or chargeback claim.

For special requests or urgent orders, customers may contact us before purchasing so that we can confirm availability and expected timeframes.
