Dimitri's ultimate goal is for you to fall in love with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange through your account at cuirdimitri.ca, or, if you checked out as a guest, directly by our Returns and Exchange Center. Items marked "Final Sale" may be exchanged only subject to stock availability. If we do not have availability, you will receive a gift card for your future purchases.
NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM MADE ORDERS BOTH ONLINE & STORE
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
We gladly accept the return or exchange of your items under the following conditions: A request to return or exchange your order must be made within 30 days of your delivery date. Please note that after requesting an exchange, we cannot modify your request for a later refund. Products must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered and unwashed, returned with their original tags and packaging. Merchandise can only be exchanged for the same style, in a different size. Final sale items cannot be refunded, only credited to a gift card. Exchanges are subject to availability. Dimitri reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return and exchange policy. If shipped anyway, items will be sent back to the original shipping address.
HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
Place the products in their original packaging. Print the return label and attach it to the outside of the package. You can also print it at the carrier by indicating the return identification number on the return label. Items purchased online can only be exchanged by mail or in-store.
Dimitri reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return and exchange policy. In this case, the items will be sent back to the original shipping address.

REFUNDS FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
Upon receipt of your return package, the refund will be processed within 5 days.[Refund only For products not on sale] Please allow an additional 5 days for your banking institution to debit your account. Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing time to credit your account (up to 10 business days).
ONLINE ORDER EXCHANGES:
As soon as we receive your package at our warehouse, your exchange will be processed within 5 days. You will be notified by email when your new item has been shipped, along with your tracking number.
OUR IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Purchases made in store can be exchanged within 15 days of the date of purchase. No refunds, only store credit notes. Returned merchandise must include a verifiable Dimitri receipt, original packaging and tags. The item must not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered. For shoes and boots, the box must also be returned in its original condition. Final sale items cannot be credited.
IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Products purchased in an Outlet can only be exchanged at the same point of sale. No refunds. Dimitri reserves the right to authorize all exchanges and repairs at its sole discretion.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased or received as a gift (at regular price), the item may be exchanged for an identical or comparable item, or for a credit note in the form of a gift card within 15 days from the original date of purchase. The item can be exchanged at any Dimitri store, along with the original gift receipt. Factory Outlet items can be redeemed at Factory Outlets only.
ONLINE FINAL SALES EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise can only be exchanged for a different size and subject to availability. Please visit our return center. No refunds will be made for final sale merchandise. The exchange request must be made within 15 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. If we do not have the stock available for your final sale exchange, we will find a solution with you in the form of another product or a credit note. Dimitri reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return and exchange policy. In this case, the items will be sent back to the original shipping address.
